Most of our competitors do one or the other. We do both — which is why a customer can order a box of taps and a bespoke hobbing fixture on the same purchase order.
Joshi Induscorp works out of 1C-210, NIT Faridabad — in the middle of one of India's densest industrial belts, within reach of the automotive and auto-component plants that make up most of our customer list.
On the supply side we carry 21 categories and represent more than 63 brands, holding authorised appointments for TOKU air tools, Miranda cutting tools, INSIZE measuring instruments, OZAR industrial tools, UNIQUE vices and Size Master gauging. Being authorised matters more than it sounds: it means what we ship comes through the manufacturer's own channel with their warranty behind it.
On the manufacturing side we design and build the tooling that is never on a shelf — hobbing and VMC fixtures, hydraulic shaving mandrels, hob arbors, receiver and runout gauges, and ID clamping collet chucks, all to customer drawings. We also manufacture cable trays in six profiles and four finishes.
The two sides feed each other. Building fixtures teaches us what a tool has to survive, and supplying tools tells us what the shop floor is actually fighting. That is the whole argument for buying from us.
